I dont know!I have heard that it does! But I dont eat fish. You can take a fish oil supplement which is what I do.

They are referring to Omega 3 Fatty Acids. It’s commonly found in oily fish such as salmon. It’s been proven to be a very important vitamin and is thought to help improve your memory among other things. You can find Omega3 in all sorts of foods like flax seed and olive oil. They’re growing pigs now that contain like 80% Omega3 fat and I know there’s already a mayonaisse on the shelves of local grocery stores with it.
